I had wanted to give my grandmother a comfortable first-class flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Instead, she received something far more valuable \u2014 a meeting with a part of her own life that she had almost forgotten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And maybe that was when I finally understood what she meant about the best seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
